I’m sitting here thinking about my niece Autumn tonght.   She was born in 2000.   She’ll be eight years old soon.   I can’t believe how fast these eight years have gone.  She was the first grandbaby.   The first time I saw her, the first time I held her, I think I knew how precious new life is, how precious life is.   Time sure flies.

  1. You sure know how to capture her. Look at those eyes!

  2. Would you look at those eyes…and that pretty smile. Just like her uncle.

  3. Oh what BEAUTIFUL children and what beautiful portraits.

Cool you and THE MAN (OBAMA) both went to UCC. How refreshing after a life time waiting for someone truly inspiring to have a real shot at becoming the leader and face of America. The Clintons showed how disgusting they are the past two weeks. A bridge backwards to 1992 which brought us the ascendancy of KULT KONSERVATIVE KAPTURE of Congress in 1994, and then BUSH/CHENEY/ROVE/RICE/RUMMY et al.

OBAMA is truly a turning of the page to a new and refreshing and hopeful chapter where we are inspired to listen to and to follow “the better angels of our nature” (Lincoln, 1864). I think it no coincidence that he too comes from the heartland of America – Springfield, Illinois. These things are signs for those who possess eyes that can read such things.

Spending all my time on my other web iste though posted about 6 new paintings on soup in the past week. Cheers beautiful fuzzy man boy. Will
